He's not yet as sprightly as before, but I believe he'll get back to that happy place in due time.
He's stinky as hell but we can't give him a bath until Monday. But that's ok, love transcends the olfactory glands (only with regard to dogs, humans still have to take a shower every now and then for love's sake)
